Rent Competition Terms
Last update:
1. The Promoter
1.1 The promoter is nHabit Ltd ("nHabit", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16175763 whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("the Promoter").
1.2 Any questions or complaints relating to this prize draw should be directed to contact@nhabit.com.
2. The Prize Draw
2.1 The title of the prize draw is the "nHabit Year's Rent Prize Draw" (the "Prize Draw").
2.2 The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on 5 June 2026 (the "Opening Date") and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (the "Closing Date"). All entries must be received by the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
2.3 The draw will take place on Friday 7 August 2026 (the "Draw Date").
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Prize Draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is by free download of the nHabit app, free creation of an nHabit account and use of the in-app wishlist (clause 3.2), or by free postal entry (clause 3.8). No payment of any kind is required to enter or to claim the Prize.
3.2 To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must, between the Opening Date and the Closing Date:
3.2.1 download the nHabit app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store;
3.2.2 create a free nHabit account and complete the in-app profile, providing your full legal name, email address and mobile number;
3.2.3 save at least five (5) properties to your in-app wishlist within the nHabit app. Entry is automatic upon completion of all three steps above; no email or other separate submission is required.
3.3 Only one base entry per person is permitted (whether obtained under clause 3.2 or under the free postal route in clause 3.8), and only one nHabit account per person is permitted. Entrants may, in addition to their single base entry, earn one or more Referral Entries in accordance with clause 3.11. Where multiple base entries are inadvertently associated with a single entrant or single nHabit account, only the first valid base entry will be counted and the remaining base entries will be ignored, without further consequence to the entrant. Where nHabit reasonably determines that a person has registered or used more than one nHabit account (whether under different names or otherwise) for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw or accruing Referral Entries, all entries (whether base or Referral) associated with that person will be disqualified.
3.4 Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Entries made by third parties, agents, or automated means will be disqualified.
3.5 Use of any robotic, automated, programmed or similar entry method will void all entries from that entrant and result in disqualification.
3.6 nHabit will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failures. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Where the nHabit app suffers a material technical failure during the competition window that materially prevents one or more entrants from completing the steps in clause 3.2, nHabit will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected entrants by email and may, in its sole discretion acting reasonably, extend the Closing Date and/or the Draw Date by a corresponding period.
3.7 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
3.8 Free alternative entry route. As an alternative to the route in clause 3.2, you may enter the Prize Draw free of charge by sending a postcard or unenclosed letter to nHabit Ltd at its registered office (FAO: nHabit Year’s Rent Prize Draw) marked “FREE ENTRY” and stating, in legible handwriting: (a) your full legal name; (b) a signed confirmation that you are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man); (c) your postal address; (d) your email address; and (e) the words “Please enter me into the nHabit Year’s Rent Prize Draw”. To be valid, postal entries must be received at the registered office on or before the Closing Date. Each entrant may submit only one (1) postal entry. Postal entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements at clauses 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 (age and UK residency) and to the disqualification provisions in clauses 3.3 to 3.6 and 4.4 and 4.5. nHabit accepts no responsibility for postal entries lost, damaged, delayed or misdirected in the post; proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
3.9 Equal treatment of entries. All valid entries — whether base entries received via the in-app route in clause 3.2, base entries received via the free postal route in clause 3.8, or Referral Entries earned under clause 3.11 — will be treated equally and entered into the same pool for the random draw. Each individual entry, whether a base entry or a Referral Entry, has the same probability of being drawn. An entrant who has earned one or more Referral Entries will accordingly have more entries in the draw pool than an entrant with only a base entry; this does not affect the equal probability of any individual entry being drawn.
3.10 Withdrawal of entry. You may withdraw your entry at any time before the Draw Date by emailing contact@nhabit.com from the email address used to enter, or (in the case of a postal entry) by writing to the registered office. Withdrawn entries will be excluded from the draw and the associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with clause 10. Withdrawal of your base entry will also void any Referral Entries you have earned under clause 3.11. Where you (as referee) withdraw a base entry that previously gave rise to a Referral Entry credited to another entrant, that Referral Entry will likewise be voided and removed from the draw pool, but the referrer’s base entry and any other Referral Entries they have earned will not be affected.
3.11 Referral Entries. In addition to the base entry route in clause 3.2, eligible entrants may earn additional entries into the Prize Draw (each, a “Referral Entry”) by referring other eligible individuals to enter the Prize Draw via the in-app entry route, on the terms set out in this clause 3.11.
3.11.1 Each entrant who has completed the in-app entry steps in clause 3.2 will be issued, within the nHabit app, a unique referral code and/or unique referral link personal to that entrant (each, a “Referral Code”). When a new prospective entrant enters the entrant’s Referral Code at signup, or first downloads and signs up to the nHabit app via the entrant’s Referral Code link, that new prospective entrant will be recorded by nHabit as having been referred by the issuing entrant.
3.11.2 A referring entrant (the “Referrer”) will earn one (1) Referral Entry into the Prize Draw, additional to their base entry, for each Qualifying Referral. A “Qualifying Referral” means a referred individual (the “Referee”) who: (a) is themselves eligible to enter the Prize Draw under clause 4 (including, without limitation, UK residency under clause 4.1.2 and minimum age under clause 4.1.1); (b) creates a new nHabit account using the Referrer’s Referral Code, and which account is not previously associated, directly or indirectly, with any other nHabit account or entry; and (c) personally completes all of the steps required for a base entry under clause 3.2 (so that the Referee themselves becomes a valid base entrant in the Prize Draw) on or before the Closing Date.
3.11.3 There is no cap on the number of Referral Entries an entrant may earn. Each Referee may only count once and only for one Referrer (being the Referrer whose Referral Code the Referee first used at signup, as recorded by nHabit). Referral Entries are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, exchanged or otherwise traded.
3.11.4 Referral Entries are added to the same draw pool as base entries and are treated equally for the purposes of the random draw under clause 6.1, in accordance with clause 3.9. The Referee themselves remains entitled to only one (1) base entry in respect of their own valid entry under clause 3.2, irrespective of whether they entered using a Referral Code; the Referral Entry under this clause 3.11 is awarded to the Referrer only and confers no additional entitlement on the Referee.
3.11.5 The following do not constitute Qualifying Referrals and will not earn a Referral Entry: (a) self-referrals, including any referral where the Referrer and the Referee are, or are reasonably determined by nHabit to be, the same natural person; (b) referrals between members of the same household where any one of the relevant nHabit accounts has been created or operated, in nHabit’s reasonable determination, predominantly for the purpose of accruing Referral Entries; (c) referrals to nHabit accounts the Referee has not personally created and operated; (d) referrals where the Referee is ineligible under clause 4 or fails to complete a valid base entry under clause 3.2 by the Closing Date; (e) referrals procured by automated, robotic, programmed, scripted or similar means, or by impersonation of any person; or (f) referrals procured by the offer of any payment, money’s-worth or other inducement by the Referrer to the Referee in consideration of the referral (this does not prevent the Referrer from sharing their Referral Code or referral link by ordinary means, including via social media, messaging or word of mouth).
3.11.6 Disqualification or invalidation of a Referee’s base entry. If, at any time on or before the Draw Date, a Referee’s base entry is withdrawn under clause 3.10, found to be ineligible under clause 4, or disqualified under clause 4.5 or clause 11.1, the corresponding Referral Entry credited to the Referrer in respect of that Referee will likewise be voided and removed from the draw pool. Voiding of a Referral Entry under this clause 3.11.6 does not, of itself, affect the Referrer’s base entry or any other Referral Entries the Referrer has earned in respect of other Qualifying Referrals.
3.11.7 Disqualification of a Referrer. If a Referrer is disqualified under clause 4.5 or clause 11.1, or withdraws their base entry under clause 3.10, all of that Referrer’s base and Referral Entries will be removed from the draw pool. Removal of a Referrer’s entries under this clause 3.11.7 will not, of itself, invalidate the base entries of any Referees referred by that Referrer, who will remain validly entered in the Prize Draw on the strength of their own base entry under clause 3.2 (provided they remain otherwise eligible and compliant with these Official Terms and Conditions).
3.11.8 Postal entrants. Referral Entries can only be earned, and Referral Codes can only be issued and used, through the in-app entry route. Entrants who enter solely via the free postal route in clause 3.8 will not be issued a Referral Code and cannot earn Referral Entries; the validity, equal treatment and probability of being drawn of their base entry under clauses 3.8 and 3.9 are not affected. Where an entrant has enrolled in the Prize Draw both by post and via the app, only the first valid base entry will be counted under clause 3.3, but Referral Entries earned via the in-app account in accordance with this clause 3.11 will continue to count.
3.11.9 No payment to participate in referrals. Issue and use of a Referral Code, and the earning of Referral Entries under this clause 3.11, are free at the point of use. No payment of any kind is required, at any stage, to be issued a Referral Code, to earn a Referral Entry, or to be entered into the draw pool in respect of a Referral Entry. The base entry route in clause 3.2 and the free postal route in clause 3.8 each remain a complete, free route into the Prize Draw independent of this clause 3.11.
3.11.10 nHabit’s reasonable determination. nHabit may, acting reasonably and in good faith, audit, validate and (where appropriate) reject Referrals it considers, on the balance of probabilities, not to be Qualifying Referrals under this clause 3.11, including by reference to device fingerprints, IP addresses, account activity patterns, content and metadata of in-app activity, and other ordinary anti-fraud signals. Where nHabit rejects a Referral under this clause 3.11.10, the Referrer may request a review by writing to contact@nhabit.com within 14 days of the Draw Date.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
4.1.1 are aged 18 years or over;
4.1.2 are resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland), excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
4.2 The following people are not eligible to enter:
4.2.1 employees of nHabit Ltd or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.2.2 employees of agents or suppliers of nHabit who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; and
4.2.3 members of the immediate families (meaning spouse, civil partner, parent, child, sibling, or person living together as a couple) or households of any person falling within clauses 4.2.1 or 4.2.2.
4.3 By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. nHabit may require you to provide proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.
4.4 Identity and anti-fraud. The profile information provided by the entrant in their nHabit profile (or, in the case of a postal entry, on the postal entry itself) must be the entrant’s own, accurate, and must match the government-issued photo identification produced at the prize-claim stage under clause 7.1.3. Only one (1) nHabit account per person is permitted. Provision of false personal data, registration or use of multiple nHabit accounts, impersonation of another person, or any other attempt to enter the Prize Draw fraudulently or dishonestly will result in immediate disqualification of all entries associated with that person and may be reported by nHabit to the relevant law-enforcement, consumer-protection or regulatory authorities. nHabit will only carry out identity verification at the prize-claim stage and will not require any entrant to submit identification documents in order to enter.
4.5 nHabit reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of these Official Terms and Conditions.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one prize available in this Prize Draw (the "Prize").
5.2 The Prize consists of twelve (12) consecutive monthly cash payments of one thousand five hundred pounds (£1,500), totalling eighteen thousand pounds (£18,000), paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account held in the winner’s name (whether solely or jointly with another) (the "Prize"). The Prize is a pure cash prize and is unconditional: no tenancy, property, rental arrangement, occupation, employment, residence change or other circumstance affects the winner’s entitlement to the Prize or to any individual monthly payment, and once awarded the Prize will be paid in full in accordance with clause 5.3. The winner may use the Prize for any lawful purpose. nHabit markets the Prize as the equivalent of a year’s rent solely as a consumer-facing description; that description does not impose, and shall not be construed as imposing, any condition on payment.
5.3 The first monthly payment will be made within thirty (30) days of the winner having completed all of the prize-claim requirements set out in clause 7.1 to nHabit’s reasonable satisfaction. Subsequent monthly payments will be made on, or as close as reasonably practicable to, the same calendar day of each succeeding month, until twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments have been made in full.
5.4 All Prize payments will be made by bank transfer to a UK bank account of which the winner is a named account holder (whether solely or jointly with another) as notified by the winner under clause 7.1.2. nHabit will not make Prize payments to any third party (including any landlord, letting agent, employer or family member of the winner). The winner is free to apply the Prize, in whole or in part, to rent or to any other lawful purpose at the winner’s sole discretion.
5.5 All Prize payments will be made in pounds sterling (GBP). nHabit shall be deemed to have discharged its obligation in respect of each monthly Prize payment upon successful initiation of the bank transfer to the account notified by the winner under clause 7.1.2.
5.6 The Prize (and the entitlement to receive each individual monthly Prize payment) is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. As the Prize is already in the form of cash, no further cash alternative is applicable. nHabit will not vary the schedule of monthly Prize payments save in its sole discretion acting reasonably and at the written request of the winner.
5.7 nHabit reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative cash prize of equal or greater value where, despite nHabit having taken reasonable steps, the Prize cannot be awarded as described for reasons beyond nHabit’s reasonable control.
5.8 The winner is solely responsible for any tax, national insurance or other personal financial liability arising from receipt of the Prize. The £18,000 prize value referred to in clause 5.2 is gross and will not be grossed-up by nHabit for any tax payable by the winner. nHabit does not provide tax advice, and the winner should seek independent advice if required.
5.9 Death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the winner. If, after the Prize has been awarded but before all twelve (12) monthly Prize payments have been made, the winner dies, becomes legally incapacitated, or is made bankrupt, nHabit will (on receipt of a written request and reasonable evidence such as a grant of probate, letters of administration, a registered lasting power of attorney, an order appointing a deputy, or notice of appointment of a trustee in bankruptcy) pay any remaining monthly Prize payments to the winner’s estate, attorney, deputy, or trustee in bankruptcy, as applicable, in accordance with applicable law. nHabit may make reasonable adjustments to the timing of remaining payments to allow for verification of authority, and any payments paused for that purpose will resume (or be paid as a single catch-up payment) once verification is complete.
5.10 Failed or returned payments. If a Prize payment is returned, rejected, or otherwise fails to be received by the winner because of closure of the bank account, change of bank details not notified to nHabit, or any similar reason, nHabit will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner using the contact details on file and to obtain replacement bank account details. If, despite nHabit’s reasonable endeavours, the winner fails to provide valid replacement bank account details within six (6) months of the failed payment, nHabit’s obligation to make that payment, and any subsequent unpaid monthly Prize payments, will lapse and nHabit will have no further obligation in respect of those payments.
5.11 No set-off. Each monthly Prize payment will be made gross and in full, and will not be reduced, withheld or set off against any sum (whether in respect of rent, fees, charges, damages, or otherwise) said to be owed by the winner to nHabit, any nHabit group company or affiliate, any landlord, letting agent or property owner introduced through the nHabit app, or any other third party.
6. Selection of the Winner
6.1 One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date by means of a computer-generated random draw producing verifiable random results, supervised by an independent person unconnected with nHabit’s administration of the Prize Draw after the Closing Date.
6.2 The outcome of the draw is final, save in the case of manifest error or fraud. Complaints relating to the conduct of the Prize Draw should be sent to contact@nhabit.com and will be acknowledged within seven (7) days. Nothing in this clause excludes any rights you may have to refer a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.
6.3 nHabit will contact the winner using the email address and mobile number provided in their entry as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within seven (7) days of the Draw Date. The winner notification will inform the winner of their right under clause 6.4 to object to publication or disclosure of their first name and the first letter of their surname.
6.4 nHabit must publish or make available information confirming that a valid Prize was awarded. To satisfy this obligation, nHabit will provide the first name and first letter of the surname of the winner to anyone who requests it in writing to contact@nhabit.com within eight (8) weeks of the Draw Date. The winner has the right to ask nHabit not to publish or disclose this information; if the winner objects (whether before or after the Draw Date) nHabit will withhold publication, save that nHabit may be required to provide details on a confidential basis to the Advertising Standards Authority. Where a winner objects, nHabit will provide the Advertising Standards Authority, on request, with sufficient information to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 To claim the Prize, the winner must, within twenty-eight (28) days of being notified by nHabit in accordance with clause 6.3 (the "Claim Period"):
7.1.1 confirm acceptance of the Prize in writing to nHabit;
7.1.2 provide details of a UK bank account of which the winner is a named account holder (whether solely or jointly with another) (account name, sort code and account number) to which the Prize is to be paid, transmitted by the secure means specified by nHabit in the winner notification;
7.1.3 provide a clear, current copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (for example, a passport or photocard driving licence) showing the winner’s full legal name, which must match the full legal name recorded on the nHabit account used to enter the Prize Draw (or, in the case of a postal entry winner, on the postal entry itself), transmitted by the secure means specified by nHabit in the winner notification; and
7.1.4 not be a person, and not be acting on behalf of any person, to whom payment of the Prize would or might cause nHabit to be in breach of any applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering or counter-terrorist-financing law or regulation in force in the United Kingdom, and the winner must, on reasonable request, provide such information as nHabit reasonably requires to satisfy itself of the same. Where, despite reasonable steps by nHabit (including any reasonable extension of time under this clause 7.1), nHabit is unable to lawfully make payment of the Prize to the winner by reason of this clause 7.1.4, the winner’s claim will be invalid and nHabit may select an alternative winner under clause 7.3.
nHabit may, in its sole discretion acting reasonably, grant a single extension of up to fourteen (14) days to the Claim Period where the winner makes a written request to contact@nhabit.com before the original Claim Period expires explaining the reason for the request. No further extensions will be granted save in exceptional circumstances.
7.2 If the winner fails to respond or fails to provide the information required under clause 7.1 within the specified timeframe, their claim will be invalid and nHabit reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with clause 7.3.
7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in accordance with these Official Terms and Conditions, nHabit reserves the right to select an alternative winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
7.4 nHabit will not be responsible for any failure by the winner to receive notification of their win due to spam filters, incorrect contact details provided by the winner, or any technical failure beyond nHabit's reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8.3, nHabit, its employees, agents, contractors and representatives will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of opportunity, profits, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize.
8.2 nHabit will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Official Terms and Conditions where that failure is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, internet, payment-processing or banking systems, or compliance with any law or governmental order).
8.3 Nothing in these Official Terms and Conditions limits or excludes nHabit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of any non-excludable term implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any term implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
8.4 Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Publicity
9.1 By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to nHabit contacting you by email and telephone in connection with the administration of this Prize Draw only (including, without limitation, validating your entry, notifying you of the result and arranging payment of the Prize). nHabit will not use your personal data for any direct-marketing purpose, or to notify you of future prize draws or promotions, unless you have separately and expressly opted in to receive such marketing via a clearly-distinguishable opt-in (which is not a condition of entry to this Prize Draw). Where you have separately opted in to marketing, you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing contact@nhabit.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; withdrawal will not affect your eligibility for, or entry into, this Prize Draw.
9.2 If you are the winner, you agree that nHabit may publish, in connection with the announcement of the result of the Prize Draw and to the limited extent required by clause 6.4, your first name and the first letter of your surname. Any further use of your image, likeness, voice, full name, story or other personal data for nHabit’s marketing, social media or press purposes will be subject to your separate, specific and freely-given written consent, which you may decline or withdraw at any time without affecting your right to receive the Prize. nHabit will not pay or offer any other consideration in exchange for that consent. For the avoidance of doubt, claiming the Prize is not conditional on the winner agreeing to take part in publicity beyond the limited disclosure permitted by clause 6.4.
10. Data Protection
10.1 nHabit Ltd is the data controller in respect of personal data processed in connection with the Prize Draw. nHabit will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at nhabit.com/read/privacy-policy, and applicable data protection legislation including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Personal data provided in connection with this Prize Draw will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winner, fulfilling the Prize, and satisfying nHabit's legal obligations, unless you have separately consented to other uses.
10.3 nHabit may be required to share winners' details with the Advertising Standards Authority. See also clause 6.4.
10.4 The lawful bases on which nHabit processes your personal data for the Prize Draw are: (a) the performance of a contract (these Official Terms and Conditions); (b) compliance with a legal obligation (including disclosures to the Advertising Standards Authority); and (c) nHabit’s legitimate interests in administering, evidencing and (where applicable) defending the Prize Draw. Marketing communications are processed only on the basis of your separate consent.
10.5 Personal data of unsuccessful entrants will be retained only for as long as is necessary to administer the Prize Draw and respond to any complaint or regulatory query (and in any event for no longer than twelve (12) months following the Draw Date). Personal data of the winner (and any reserve winner) may be retained for up to seven (7) years following the final Prize payment for accounting, tax and audit purposes.
10.6 You have rights under the UK GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to nHabit’s processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact contact@nhabit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
11. General
11.1 nHabit reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who has breached these Official Terms and Conditions, acted fraudulently or dishonestly, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
11.2 nHabit may, only where strictly necessary, amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Prize Draw where it is reasonable to do so, including in the event of any material error, technical failure, suspected fraud, or any event outside its reasonable control, without liability to any entrant or third party. nHabit will use reasonable efforts to award a Prize of the same or equivalent value despite any such event. Where amendment is permitted, the amended terms will be published at nhabit.com/read/competition-terms and notified by email to entrants who have provided contact details. In the event of cancellation prior to the Draw Date, nHabit may in its sole discretion elect to conduct a draw from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation.
11.3 These Official Terms and Conditions and the Prize Draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.4 If any provision of these Official Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.5 These Official Terms and Conditions may not be modified or amended except in writing by a duly authorised representative of nHabit.
11.6 In the event of any dispute as to the identity of a winner, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered nHabit account holder whose full legal name recorded on nHabit’s systems at the Draw Date matches the full legal name evidenced by the government-issued photo identification produced under clause 7.1.3. In the case of a postal entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the person whose full legal name and postal address as stated on the postal entry match the government-issued photo identification produced under clause 7.1.3.
11.7 Assignment. nHabit may assign, transfer or novate its rights and obligations under these Official Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to a successor entity, group company or third party assuming responsibility for the conduct of the Prize Draw, provided that any such assignment, transfer or novation will not adversely affect the winner’s right to receive the Prize in accordance with these Official Terms and Conditions. Entrants may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Official Terms and Conditions.
